Brand new never lived in 3 bedrooms and 2 .5 bathrooms , 2 floor with basement beautiful home. Close to distillery district, short Uber from any tourist attractions in the city

Guest access

You will be given 6 digit codes for the lockbox to access main entrance key, there are two keys for the entire group. No key for backyard and garage. Thank you.

Other things to note

1. Remove outdoor shoes and change to indoor slippers.

2. NO CANNABIS,NO SMOKE, NO VAPE, NO ALCOHOL, ff NO DRUG, removal of smoke will result $250 fine plus the cost to remove smoke, smoke alarms installed in the kitchen and bedroom area, they are highly sensitive.

3. Only registered guests are allowed inside the premise.

4. Do not use white towel to remove makeup, every stained WHITE towel will cost $5 replacement fee

5. $10 for replacement of lost or unreturned KEY

6. Wash thoroughly and put back all used plates, cups, glasses and utensils back to labelled area after every use

7. Do not take away anything from the premises, all bathroom essentials and coffee stations are provided for the extra comfort of your stay, should you need additional items, please communicate with the host first
